Install on your phone

1. Download the phone APK and open it from your notifications or your Downloads folder.
2. If Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps. You can switch it back off afterwards.
3. Tap Install, then open Twistgrip and pair your bike, or try the demo bike first.

Install on your watch

Wear OS can't install apps from a browser, so the watch app and the face go on from a computer with adb. On the watch, turn on Developer options and Wireless debugging, pair it with adb pair, then run:

adb install twistgrip-watch.apk
adb install twistgrip-watchface.apk

Updates

Twistgrip doesn't update itself. When a new version is out, download it here and install it over the old one: your rides and settings stay. Every version is signed with the same key, so Android accepts it as an update.

Check a download

Each file's SHA-256 checksum is listed under its button. To check one on a computer, run sha256sum on the file and compare the result with the checksum here.

All three apps are signed with the same certificate. Its SHA-256 fingerprint is below. To check it, run apksigner verify --print-certs on the file. A copy signed with any other certificate didn't come from here.
